# Components:
→ Coffee
01 - 1 ½ cups cold brew coffee or strong chilled coffee
→ Tahini Blend
02 - 3 tablespoons tahini, well-stirred
03 - 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey, to taste
04 - ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
05 - Pinch of sea salt
→ Milk & Ice
06 - ½ cup plant-based milk, such as almond, oat, or soy
07 - 1 cup ice cubes
# Method:
01 - In a small bowl or pitcher, thoroughly whisk together tahini, maple syrup (or honey), vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt until smooth and fully emulsified.
02 - Place the ice cubes into two tall glasses, ensuring even distribution.
03 - Pour the cold brew coffee equally into each glass over the ice.
