→ Probiotic Base
01 - 4 cups filtered water
02 - 1/4 cup organic cane sugar
03 - 2 tablespoons water kefir grains or 2 tablespoons ginger bug
04 - 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

05 - 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
06 - 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
07 - 8 fresh mint leaves
08 - 4 thin orange slices, for garnish

# Method:
01 - In a thoroughly cleaned glass jar, dissolve cane sugar into filtered water. Add water kefir grains or ginger bug along with fresh lemon juice. Stir gently using a non-metallic spoon.
02 - Cover the jar with a breathable cloth or coffee filter and secure with a rubber band. Allow fermentation to proceed at room temperature (68–77°F) for 24 to 48 hours, until slight effervescence and tang emerge.
03 - Remove kefir grains or ginger bug using a fine mesh strainer. Reserve or discard cultures as desired.
04 - Combine the fermented probiotic base with orange juice, lime juice, and mint leaves in a pitcher. Stir gently to integrate flavors.
05 - Fill glasses with ice cubes, pour mocktail over ice, and garnish each glass with an orange slice and additional mint, as preferred.
