24 - 1/4 cup black sesame paste
25 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
26 - Pinch of salt

# Method:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8-inch (20x20 cm) baking pan with parchment paper.
02 - Combine unsalted butter and bittersweet chocolate in a heatproof bowl set over simmering water. Melt, stirring occasionally until smooth.
03 - Whisk in granulated sugar, then blend in eggs one by one followed by vanilla extract until fully incorporated.
04 - Sift all-purpose flour, matcha powder, and sea salt directly into the chocolate mixture. Stir just until combined.
05 - Gently fold white miso paste into the batter, leaving slight streaks for a marbled finish.
06 - Pour mixture into the prepared pan and bake for 20 to 25 minutes until set yet fudgy at the center. Allow to cool completely before slicing.
07 - Beat mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract together with an electric mixer until thickened and smooth.
08 - Briefly dip ladyfinger biscuits in cooled chai tea. Arrange in serving cups or glasses to form a base layer.
09 - Spread mascarpone mixture over ladyfingers. Sprinkle with ground cinnamon, cardamom, and cocoa powder.
10 - Cover and refrigerate prepared cups for at least 2 hours before serving to allow flavors to develop.
11 - Combine chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter in a mixing bowl. Press evenly into the base of a lined 8-inch (20x20 cm) pan.
12 - Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs individually, blending after each addition. Incorporate black sesame paste, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
13 - Pour batter over the prepared crust and smooth with a spatula. Bake at 325°F (160°C) for 25 to 30 minutes until set. Cool to room temperature, then chill for at least 2 hours before slicing.
