# Method:
01 - Sift matcha powder into a small bowl to remove lumps, then add hot water and whisk briskly with a bamboo whisk or milk frother until smooth and frothy.
02 - Warm the milk in a small saucepan over medium-low heat until steaming but not boiling, then stir in maple syrup or honey and peppermint extract.
03 - Froth the heated milk using a milk frother or whisk vigorously until a creamy foam forms.
