09 - 1 celery stick (for butterfly body)

# Method:
01 - Wash and prepare all fruit as directed. Pat dry with paper towels to eliminate excess moisture.
02 - Place the celery stick vertically at the center of a large serving platter to form the butterfly’s body.
03 - Arrange the sliced apple at the top of the celery stick to represent the butterfly’s head.
04 - Insert pretzel rods or candy sticks into the apple slice to create the butterfly’s antennae.
05 - Arrange strawberries, grapes, blueberries, cantaloupe, kiwi, pineapple, and blackberries on each side of the body to create vibrant wings using alternating colors.
06 - Decorate with fresh mint leaves if desired.
07 - Combine vanilla Greek yogurt, honey, and lemon zest in a small bowl. Serve alongside the platter.
