# Method:
01 - Place avocado, cottage cheese, lemon juice, and minced garlic into a food processor or blender.
02 - Blend the mixture until fully smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as necessary.
03 - Incorporate chives, black pepper, and salt, then pulse briefly to evenly mix.
04 - Taste and adjust seasoning by adding more lemon juice or salt as desired.
05 - For added spice, blend in crushed red pepper flakes. For richness, drizzle olive oil and blend again.
