01 - 8 small corn tortillas
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil or cooking spray
03 - ½ teaspoon sea salt
04 - ½ teaspoon chili powder (optional)

05 - 4 medium ripe tomatoes, diced
06 - ½ small red onion, finely chopped
07 - 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced (optional)
08 - 1 clove garlic, minced
09 - ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
10 - Juice of 1 lime
11 - ½ teaspoon salt
12 - ¼ teaspoon black pepper
# Method:
01 - Preheat the air fryer to 350°F.
02 - Cut each corn tortilla into 6 to 8 wedges.
03 - Lightly coat tortilla wedges with olive oil on both sides, then season with sea salt and chili powder if desired.
04 - Place tortilla wedges in a single layer inside the air fryer basket, working in batches if necessary.
05 - Cook for 5 to 7 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until chips are golden and crispy. Remove and cool on a rack.
06 - Combine diced tomatoes, red onion, jalapeño, garlic, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Mix thoroughly and let rest for 5 to 10 minutes.
07 - Serve the crispy chips alongside the fresh salsa.
