# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • It tastes like comfort food had a conversation with something elegant, and they both won.
  • Your oven does most of the work while you chop lettuce, so you actually get to relax.
  • Everyone at the table will ask for the recipe, and you'll feel like a genius for pulling it off so easily.
02 -
  • If you put the romaine on before baking, it turns into sad mush—wait until the very end, and it stays crisp and crunchy and delightful.
  • The naan bottoms can go from perfectly toasted to burnt in about ninety seconds, so don't walk away once they hit the oven.
03 -
  • If you want to add crispy bacon or red pepper flakes, sprinkle them on before baking so they get slightly toasted and their flavors meld with everything else.
  • Make your Caesar dressing mixture for the chicken slightly thinner than you'd normally serve it, because the naan will absorb some of the liquid as it bakes.
