01 - Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and use a spatula to break it into crumbles.
02 - Add sliced green onions to the beef, then season with garlic powder, kosher salt, black pepper, sriracha, and soy sauce. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the beef is fully browned and cooked through.
03 - Transfer the cooked ground beef mixture to a plate and keep warm.
04 - Add avocado oil to the same skillet and increase heat to medium. Add shredded brussels sprouts, season with salt and pepper, and sauté until softened and caramelized, about 6–8 minutes.
05 - Return the cooked beef to the skillet. Add sweet chili sauce and freshly squeezed lime juice, stirring to coat all the ingredients evenly. Cook for an additional 2 minutes until well combined and heated through.
06 - Sprinkle with sesame seeds as desired and serve hot, ideally over cooked rice or another preferred base.
