# Method:
01 - Combine diced strawberries with 1 tablespoon sugar and lemon juice in a medium bowl. Let stand for 10 minutes to macerate.
02 - Mix crushed biscuits with melted butter until the texture resembles wet sand.
03 - Beat cream cheese, heavy cream, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract in a large bowl until smooth and fluffy.
04 - Place a layer of cookie crumble at the bottom of each dessert cup.
05 - Spoon a layer of the cheesecake mixture over the cookie crumble in each cup.
06 - Top the cheesecake layer with macerated strawberries.
07 - Repeat the layers once more, finishing with a strawberry topping.
08 - Refrigerate the prepared cups for at least one hour before serving to enhance texture.
