01 - 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
02 - 1 cup milk, dairy or plant-based
03 - 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
04 - 1 tablespoon chia seeds
05 - 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
06 - 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
07 - 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
08 - Pinch of salt

10 - 3/4 cup fresh strawberries, diced
11 - 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped

# Method:
01 - In a medium mixing bowl or mason jar, combine oats, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, maple syrup, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir thoroughly until well incorporated.
02 - Gently fold in mashed banana, diced strawberries, and chopped walnuts. Mix carefully to distribute ingredients evenly throughout the mixture.
03 - Cover the bowl or jar and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight until the oats absorb the liquid and reach desired consistency.
04 - In the morning, stir the oats well. If the mixture is too thick, add a splash of milk to reach preferred consistency.
05 - Divide the prepared oats between two bowls or serving jars. Top with additional strawberry slices, banana slices, walnuts, and a drizzle of honey or maple syrup if desired. Serve chilled.
