# Method:
01 - Wash and dry all vegetables thoroughly.
02 - Slice cucumber, carrots, zucchini, and beet into ½-inch thick slabs, then dice into uniform ½-inch cubes.
03 - Cut bell peppers into ½-inch strips then dice into ½-inch cubes; halve large cherry tomatoes, leaving smaller ones whole.
04 - Arrange vegetable and cheese cubes in colorful stacked layers of three cubes each, alternating colors and flavors.
05 - Tie each stack gently with a chive stalk or thin bell pepper strip to mimic a gift box ribbon.
06 - Sprinkle chopped chives or green onions and optional sesame seeds over the stacks.
07 - Arrange stacks on a serving platter and serve immediately.
