01 - 8 large strawberries, hulled and halved
02 - 1 cup mandarin orange segments, fresh or canned and drained
03 - 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
04 - 1 cup green grapes
05 - 1 cup blueberries

→ Yogurt Dip
07 - 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
08 - 2 tablespoons honey
09 - 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
10 - 1 teaspoon lime zest
# Method:
01 - Wash and prepare all fruit. Halve strawberries if large and cut pineapple into bite-sized chunks as needed.
02 - Thread fruit onto 8 wooden skewers in rainbow order: strawberry, orange, pineapple, green grape, blueberry, and red grape.
03 - In a small bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey, lime juice, and lime zest. Stir until smooth and well incorporated.
04 - Arrange assembled fruit kabobs on a serving platter and place yogurt dip in a small bowl on the side.
