15 - 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil

→ Garnishes

16 - 2 spring onions, thinly sliced
17 - 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
18 - Sriracha or chili oil, to taste (optional)

# Method:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Tear the sesame buns into small pieces, spread them on a baking sheet, drizzle with melted butter, and bake for 8–10 minutes until golden and crisp. Set aside.
02 - Cook the pasta or ramen noodles in salted boiling water according to package instructions. Drain and reserve a small cup of the cooking water. Set aside.
03 - In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, black pepper, and salt. Mix thoroughly and shape into four small patties. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the beef patties for 3–4 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Remove from pan and keep warm.
04 - In the same skillet used for the patties, add all sauce ingredients. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened. Add the drained noodles and a splash of the reserved cooking water. Toss to coat the noodles evenly in the sauce.
05 - Divide the sauced pasta among four serving bowls. Top each bowl with a beef patty. Generously sprinkle the prepared sesame bun crumble over the top. Garnish with sliced spring onions and toasted sesame seeds. Add a drizzle of sriracha or chili oil, if desired. Serve immediately.
