18 - 1 tbsp soy sauce
19 - 1 tsp smoked paprika
20 - ½ tsp chili powder

→ Assembly

22 - 12 slider buns
23 - 1 cup lettuce or arugula
24 - 6 slices cheddar cheese, halved (optional)
25 - Sliced red onion, for topping

# Method:

01 - Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Soak breadcrumbs in milk for 2 minutes in a large bowl. Add ground beef, ground pork, diced onion, minced garlic, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and thyme. Mix gently until combined without overmixing.
03 - Shape the mixture into 12 evenly sized patties approximately the diameter of slider buns. Arrange them on the prepared baking sheet.
04 - Bake in the preheated oven for 18 to 20 minutes until patties are cooked through.
05 - While the patties bake, combine ketchup, chopped peaches, bourbon, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, smoked paprika, and chili powder in a saucepan over medium heat. Simmer for 10 to 12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until peaches soften. Blend with an immersion blender until smooth, then simmer an additional 3 to 5 minutes to thicken. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
06 - During the final 2 minutes of baking, top each patty with half a slice of cheddar cheese and return to oven until melted.
07 - Place lettuce or arugula on the bottom half of each toasted slider bun. Add a meatloaf patty, spoon peach bourbon BBQ sauce over it, then top with sliced red onion. Cover with the bun top and serve immediately.
