# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • It comes together in under five minutes, so theres no excuse not to make it even on chaotic mornings.
  • The turmeric and ginger give you that anti-inflammatory boost without tasting like a health supplement.
  • You can use frozen mango straight from the freezer, which makes it thick and almost ice cream-like.
  • Its naturally vegan and gluten-free, so it works for almost anyone at the table.
02 -
  • Dont skip the lime juice, it cuts through the sweetness and makes the turmeric taste less muddy.
  • If youre using fresh mango and want it cold, freeze the banana ahead of time instead of adding ice, which waters it down.
  • Turmeric stains everything, so rinse your blender right after or youll have a yellow container forever.
03 -
  • Always taste your mango before blending, if its not sweet, your smoothie wont be either, so adjust with maple syrup.
  • Use a high-speed blender if you can, it makes the texture silky instead of grainy, especially with the chia seeds.
  • If you want it creamier without changing the flavor, add a tablespoon of coconut cream or a few cashews.
