03 - 2.8 oz blue cheese, wedges

04 - 3.5 oz saucisson sec, sliced
05 - 2.8 oz jambon cru (prosciutto or Bayonne ham), folded
06 - 2.8 oz smoked duck breast, thinly sliced (optional)

→ Fresh Fruits & Vegetables

07 - 1 bunch red grapes, separated into small clusters
08 - 1 apple, sliced
09 - 1 pear, sliced
10 - 1 handful cherry tomatoes
11 - 1 small cucumber, sliced
12 - 1 handful radishes, halved

→ Condiments & Extras

13 - 1 small jar cornichons
14 - 1 small jar wholegrain mustard
15 - 2 tbsp fig jam or chutney
16 - 1 handful walnuts
17 - 1 handful almonds

→ Bread & Crackers

18 - 1 small baguette, sliced
19 - 1 packet rustic crackers

# Method:

01 - Wash and dry all fruits and vegetables. Slice apples, pears, cucumbers, and radishes just before assembling to preserve freshness.
02 - Place cheeses spaced evenly on a large wooden board for easy selection.
03 - Fold or roll charcuterie slices and position them between cheeses on the board.
04 - Distribute fresh fruits, vegetables, and nuts in small clusters around the board to enhance color and balance.
05 - Place cornichons, wholegrain mustard, and fig jam in small serving bowls and add them to the board.
06 - Fill remaining spaces with sliced baguette and rustic crackers.
07 - Present immediately, replenishing items as necessary during service.
