# Method:
01 - In a medium bowl, combine ricotta cheese, softened cream cheese, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon. Mix until smooth. Stir in honey if a sweeter profile is desired.
02 - Distribute one-quarter of the cheese mixture evenly onto each flour tortilla, leaving approximately 1 inch of the border clear. Spoon 1/4 cup of cherry pie filling down the center of each tortilla.
03 - Fold the sides of each tortilla inward, then tightly roll them up to fully enclose the filling.
