# Method:
01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
02 - Place the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface and brush evenly with Dijon mustard.
03 - Evenly layer the sliced salami over the pastry, then sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese.
04 - Roll the pastry tightly from one long edge to form a log. Slice the log into 16 equal pieces.
05 - Place the scrolls cut side up on the prepared baking tray.
06 - Brush the tops of the scrolls with the beaten egg to achieve a golden finish.
07 - Bake for 16 to 18 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
08 - Allow the scrolls to cool for 5 minutes before serving warm or at room temperature.
