# Method:
01 - Cut salmon into uniform 1-inch cubes for even cooking.
02 - Toss salmon cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper until thoroughly coated.
03 - Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Sear salmon cubes for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
04 - Transfer to a lined baking sheet and bake at 400°F for 10–12 minutes for extra crispiness, or air fry at 375°F for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway.
05 - Whisk together mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice until smooth and well combined.
06 - Toss warm salmon bites with the sauce until evenly coated. Serve immediately with your choice of sides.
