Banana Strawberry Santa Skewers (Print Version)

Sweet banana and strawberry skewers adorned with mini chocolate chips and marshmallows.

01 - 2 large bananas
02 - 12 medium strawberries

03 - 24 mini chocolate chips
04 - 2 tablespoons white chocolate or vanilla frosting
05 - 12 mini marshmallows

06 - 12 wooden skewers or cocktail sticks

# Method:

01 - Peel the bananas and slice into 12 equal rounds, approximately 1/2 inch thick.
02 - Wash and hull the strawberries.
03 - Thread one banana slice onto each skewer, then add a strawberry with the pointed end facing upward.
04 - Use a small dab of melted white chocolate or frosting to adhere a mini marshmallow to the tip of each strawberry.
05 - Apply a small amount of white chocolate or frosting below the banana slice using a toothpick to form Santa’s beard.
06 - Press two mini chocolate chips gently into each banana slice to represent Santa’s eyes.
07 - Place the skewers on a serving platter and refrigerate until ready to serve.
