11 - 1.75 oz shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
→ Toppings and Garnish
12 - 16 pretzel sticks (for tree trunks)
13 - Sesame seeds or poppy seeds (optional, for snowy effect)
14 - 1 small yellow bell pepper, sliced into star shapes
# Method:
01 - Combine cream cheese, sour cream, minced garlic, chopped chives, salt, and pepper in a bowl; mix until smooth.
02 - Lay each spinach tortilla flat and spread one quarter of the cream cheese mixture evenly over the surface.
03 - Evenly distribute baby spinach, carrots, red and yellow bell peppers, and shredded cheese over each tortilla.
04 - Roll each tortilla tightly and slice into 2 to 3 angled pieces to resemble tree segments.
05 - Insert one pretzel stick into the base of each wrap segment to simulate the tree trunk.
06 - Use a small star-shaped cutter to cut stars from yellow bell pepper slices and press one onto the top of each wrap segment.
07 - Optionally, sprinkle sesame or poppy seeds over the wraps to mimic snow.
08 - Set the air fryer to 350°F (180°C) to preheat.
09 - Arrange wraps cut side up in the air fryer basket, ensuring space between pieces; cook for 6 to 8 minutes until crisp and golden.
10 - Allow wraps to cool slightly before serving for optimal texture and flavor.
